A wonderful peaceful place to stay!

Everyone was very helpful. There is no elevator, and desk staff carried my luggage to my room. Very friendly, very helpful. My toilet broke, the cleaning lady called and arranged for it to be repaired immediately....and it was! Excellent breakfast again lovely staff to help. Just a wonderful inviting hotel with a very good staff. And from the front of this hotel the views of the mountains are awesome.

Quiet and affordable visit.

Pros: Close proximity to town and river. Quiet hotel and pet friendly.
Cons: Screen on door so it can be opened at night without fear of bugs or animals entering.
Spent three nights here and found the staff very helpful and the location very convenient.

Lovely location. Older property where we usually want fridge and/or microwave in room.

Great location- average facility...bit aged

Three of us booked on a business trip. Ketchum is a fun area and hotel employees were friendly and breakfast was good. Facility could use some renovation in common areas.

Good Location

Pros: Location
Cons: New Construction
Location: Pioneer Saloon: Best steaks in town.
Older hotel, well located, minimal breakfast. Room was adequate, nice fluffy comforters.

Pros: Good location. Lots of good choices for breakfast.
Location: Excellent meal at Globus. Get the small plates, and be ready for delightful and inventive food. Reasonable prices too.
We were pleased with our room. It was nice to have an armchair to sit in. My husband loved the pool. And we both liked the location.

The hotel was old but clean and is within walking distance of downtown Ketchum and the gondola. The front desk staff were pleasant but not well versed in local activities.

Smelly Carpet, outdated d├ęcor, tired beds.

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Carpets & mattresses.
Location: All downtown locations are near by. It is the best of locations.
I have stayed here many times. Over the years, the hotel has deteriorated - particularly in that the hotel is pet friendly and uses ALL rooms for pets. The cheap carpet powder they use to mask the pet smells is almost worse than the pet odor itself. My room had the strong smell of urine with carpet perfume. I was moved to another room that was not as bad but still slept with the sliding door all the way open. Unfortunately, it was my last time there - even though I love the staff and the location.
