“This dive is not worth the monetary savings”

This place is just awful. I didn't want luxury but at least cleanliness. The smell of strong air freshever chokes yours lungs in the lobby and hallway ( what are they trying to cover up?) I paid extra $ for a nonsmoking suite so my family could relax during our downtime. Room they gave us wasnt a suite, so I went to desk, guy said they only have suite in smoking. i took it because I needed the kitchenette and living area. So we had to move all of our stuff. This room reeks of smoke, it's horrible. The room was so dirty. I took baby wipes and cleaned splashes, dried food, old fingerprints off the cabinets, microwave and refrigerator doors. The linoleum in bathroom has built up dirt in the crevices- floor looks awful. Wall paper has dirt all over it. Just results of sloppy cleaning over a period of time. Ispent over an hour of my time cleaning the room so I could have a little piece of mind. The couch , where my older child slept, is in such bad shape. the cushions are so bad they slope and youfeel like you are falling off when you sit. no elevator! We had a lot of stuff to lug up the stairs I asked for extra sheets and blanket for the couch, guy was very nice and offered them but he is working alone so we had to go get them. Blow dryer didnt work, they didnt have spare, maid told me to use one in a dirty room that someone had left. She said "thats what the girls usually do". How often does this happen?! room cards stopped working, had to go back down have them reset.

I liked the way the room was set up because someone could watch tv in the livingroom area and not disturb the person sleeping. The towels are not the thick, fluffy towels that you usually get in hotels in this price range. It was nice to have a kitchen sink and countertop--very unusual in hotel rooms. The air conditioner worked great and was quiet--this seems to be a rarity! All in all a relaxing weekend stay.

It was nice for an over nighter. Everything was pretty clean. Some kind of bug below the air conditioner. Otherwise not bad. Staff was cordial.

“Hotel stay”

The hotel was nice though we were surprised to see the first room extremely small. Since we wanted a first floor, eventually the front desk changed it for us to a better room, size wise.

We were put in this hotel when our room became unavailabe where we were supposed to stay & we couldn't wait to leave. This hotel allows animals & it definitely smells like it. The room looked fairly clean, but felt dirty, and the smell was so bad, we couldn't stand to be in there. I would rather sleep in my car then stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly though.

“Hotel Manager Gave me a better room!”

I asked the hotel manager for a bigger room and he gave me the biggest room they had "on the house" just for telling him the room I booked was too small. Sometimes all yu have to do is ask...and you shall recieve!
