"The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!"

She walked me through the process when I decided to extend my stay by another 6 days and remain in the same room we were occupying. Very nice lodgings and amenities. Valet staff were fast and amazing to deal with as per the pool staff and especially...John John. Well done everyone!"
