There were legit egg bugs in the bed, I felt very itchy. The rooms smelt like mold and the beds were not comfortable. Only good thing was the customer service I had, when switching into a new room.

The pool is a disaster . I cleaned the pool for 3 hours & only cleaned half. I like to swim when I’m in Florida. Pool deck and what few tables did not spread to have been cleaned in weeks

When we arrived the day of check-in (which was shortly after 10:00am after just getting off a cruise) we had to pay an early check- in fee of $50 in which our room was ready. We were staying 2 nights. The hotel was a bit outdated as well as the room. Carpets smelled and the room has a bit of a musty odour. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and supplies for our room. Breakfast was very scarce with only eggs, toast, cereal and waffles. Not a lot of cereal selection or no fresh fruit choice.

Charge for safe was $25. We were there for 3 nights and had nobody cleaned our rooms. Our 2 garbage cans were overflowing, used towels piled up on the floor. When we needed new towels we had to ask front desk for them. Pool was cold and no towels available. We felt safe in the area and the lady who checked us in was friendly .

The entrance door to your room was, not sealed properly and you can hear the noise in the hall. The staff was very nice but the hotel itself looks run down. The rugs need shampooing or replacement. For the price and name, I expected better.
