The location is excellent and the apartment room was large, but the attention to detail inside the apartment was somewhat lacking - e.g. hit & miss A/C, shower doors not well sealed, cheap/basic dryer, odd bathroom décor/fixtures, plastic adhesive hooks for towels, strange kitchen layout, cupboards that didn't close properly, broken kickboard under dishwasher. The internal finishing of the room just didn't match up well to the size & location of the room (strange dichotomy).

We loved our stay at Mantra Sirocco. The location was fantastic and the room was spacious. The view was excellent and we Could walk everywhere. However, it was a little dusty and the floors were not very clean, particularly under the dining room table.

Lovely apartment, couldn’t have asked for a better spot, handy for everything. Just felt that the apartment, mainly the living area was a bit sparse, no blinds on the windows, no cushions on the sofa etc think we were comparing it to a privately owned apartment that we had just left on the Gold Coast which was fully furnished and very homey. Wouldn’t stop me from booking again. Staff were also very friendly.

First visit - very comfortable
Reception greeting was flawless. Apartment was very spacious. All ammenities provided and the beds were excellent. The properly was a little older than I expected and I didn't like having a room on the same level looking over the pool - that wasn't ideal.. Regardless, I'd likely book again and just request not to have that room. Location is superb.

The unit 305 had no knives, forks, and spoons. Cupboards were broken, and the glass coffee table had a Hugh chip out of it and it was very sharp and dangerous.

Did not like tv reception & sound. Water pressure of showers, loved the view loved the overall shopping and eating availability. Reception was very helpful and friendly Overall very nice

The furnishings and facilities were excellent,plenty of space. Spa bath ensuitewas very difficult to get into and a bit slippery for using the shower. Poor reception for internet. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😃

Loved our unit - just fabulous. Reception staff could not be more helpful - so obliging.! The internet has to be improved with unlimited to each room - this is essential in 2022. The main bed was very small - most people used to king size. The room was certainly big enough to move to a king bed.

Great location. Parked the car and did everything by foot, for 3 days. Only complaint was the cable television (movies,sport) was not available and it took a number of phone calls and a couple of reception visits to receive some service there. It was only the second day when this was seen to. The Facility Manager came to the room and tried to help but was not familiar with the set up but was only able to semi fix it. Still didn't have all movies or sport. Trust this was rectified for the next guest?

Very well appointed unit, with lots of space to relax. Excellent balcony to watch the waves. Didn't have to use the car at all as everything was in walking distance.

There was rubbish on the balcony when we first got there, rooms were tidy enough aside from this. Was able to get a trundle and pillows easily enough which was great, the lady that checked me in had attitude at me for asking questions about car parking which I thought was unnecessary. BBQ facilities weren’t working we were told in the pool area but someone was using them on our last day. On check out I validated my parking for two cars, paid $36 and I got stuck in the carpark trying to get out- said my ticket was invalid. Some worker had to come and buzz me out because of the line up. The building was really old I get that, but it wasn’t the best experience and I probably wouldn’t come back.

We had such a fabulous time staying here for five nights. The apartment was enormous, it had a wonderful view directly over the ocean and was very clean and tidy. We loved our stay so much that we are going to book it again next year :-)

loved our room with beautiful views rooms could have been cleaner and serviced more frequently. Dishwasher definitely needs rinse aid provided as dishes and glasses never came out clean.
