Friendly staff, great location, good value.
Our 'city view' room actually had great beach views as well!
Was advised on check-in that $8/day applies to parking - this is full-rate to anyone to park in the nearby parking complex.
Room was clean and tidy however blind to bathroom window could only be opened/closed from the room, not the bathroom, so potential for some accidental privacy issues when sharing.

Service is outstanding. Executive room with access to the executive lounge is best option. Can be a bit noisy with clubs so high floor preferable.
Overall outstanding hotel, food and service in the perfect location.

Found staff helpful and kind. Happy with our room and breakfast in Hotel. Worried about limited parking spaces in Hotel but did get a park this trip. Can't risk staying again only because of limited parking that is not guaranteed in the Hotel car park, and it is too costly to park elsewhere. Shame about that aspect, otherwise we'd stay again

I stayed in this hotel in 2012 and it was a pleasure experience in a twin room. Last weekend booked for a studio room, facilities are good and compact but the staffs disappointed me. Bring your slippers as they are chargeable items now.

Hotel room was great, newly renovated.
We had a great view of the ocean and all the way on the 32nd floor.
Only down fall was that we got locked out on our balcony the door just latched when we shut it. Lucky we had a mobile on us to call reception to get rescued!
Probably a massive health and safety issue I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have a phone on us.
Besides that it was great couldn't fault anything else.
