Lovely property and gardens, staff were helpful and friendly. 1 or 2 things in the room needs some maintenance, the shower/bathtub fittings were coming loose. There was a couple of steps going down into the bathroom at the top of those stairs there was an aluminium strip coming up which was a bit of a trip hazard and the sofa in the room was really badly sunken in making it very uncomfortable. That being said the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a good couple of nights sleep. For the amount of money it costs to stay here though I'd have expected better attention to the maintenance of some aspects but overall it was a good stay.

Had a great stay with my partner. Staff would friendly and accommodating will definitely be booking to stay again. Beautiful view from bedroom, lovely spa facilities and lovely decor. Rooms and areas clean and stylish.

Room smelt of stale cigarette smoke Lack of lighting outside made it feel dangerous and unsafe walking from the car park to the main hotel My room was directly above the gym and I could hear the thrum of the treadmill The corridor outside the room smelt strongly of chlorine from the pool Gym didn't open until 7am so I couldn't use it Paid for room on check-in & then before I could go to my room the management insisted they take an additional £50 hold on my card for "incidentals" (which I said I wouldn't be needing) due to "hotel policy" The room itself was clean & the bed comfortable

Well managed, great spot.
Really accommodation helpful staff who offered a discount due to pool refurbishment and waived the late checkout fee. I would recommend it.beautiful grounds and lots of quirky touches. Great breakfast and flexible attentive staff. I would go back when fully open - could have done with a lift but the staff carried the baggage which was also generous.

Our stay.
Staff were amazing However the signal beds was very uncomfortable- headboards made of hard wood and a large heavy wooden footer not allowing feet to hang over if your a tall person. I’m 5.7’ my son 6.1’ Twin room. Had to ask for extra heater as the room was freezing to start with. Pool in spa not working so disappointing. Nice breakfast and staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout.

Exceptional good value- we enjoyed a swim and sauna before dinner in the restaurant where the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and comfortable. Would definitely return!

The room was small. No choice about when the room would be serviced. Water too cold. No minibar. Pool ridiculously cold and the jacuzzi was not working one day. surprise twelve and a half percent surcharge on meals. When I mentioned the pool a I was told that many others had said the same thing. No suggestion that they would do anything about it! i would not stay again.

Needs some serious attention to service & quality.
Manor Hotel is an OK spa if every worked as it should, as for the Dining experience, if you want first class service, outstanding food, I would highly recommend Carlo`s just 100yds from the Hotel. The executive room was pretty awful, the breakfast was Cold, and being asked what time we wanted to book for Breakfast on a relaxing week-end, surely not.

Spa hotel near guildford
The hotel is spa type hotel with spa amenities free and for a fee. The toom was adequate for a couple or two friends. Good buffet breakfast for an extra fee. Good location for lindon or heathrow airport.

The hotels grounds are amazing and so is the location. Room was fine and the breakfast was great. The gym is very good unlike most hotel gyms which is simply a box ticking exercise
