Thank you for your review of the Runnymede on Thames. We are in the process of refurbishing the hotel which includes all the bedrooms. The standard rooms are going to have new walk in showers so hopefully this will make the hotel a better option for you.I am sorry about the noise and if we had been made aware at the time we would have been happy to investigate the source of this and rectify the problem or find you an alternative room.I am pleased that you enjoyed the spa but sorry that you were disappointed with the food in the lounge as we do usually receive good feedback for the food in this area. I have advised the Executive Chef the the flatbread was not up to our usual standard. I have passed on your feedback to the Food and Beverage Manager. I am, however pleased that you liked the relaxed cosy atmosphere of the lounge.The pool temperature is kept between 29 and 30 degrees which is the advised range for the indoor pool but with the atmosphere in the spa being warm the water can feel a little chilly.
