A newer building with good quality furnishings, ample parking and a reasonably satisfying breakfast.
Sound-proofing would be adequate in most situations if guests did not include inconsiderant parents who allowed their children to run and scream through the hallways at 7:30 am!

The towels were rough and the pillows lumpy. No tissue was provided and while there was an ice bucket there was no ice machine. There was also no coffee maker provided either. The staff was pleasant and the room clean. If you're looking to stay a night or two its fine, but I couldn't recommend it for an extended stay.

We are visiting Vancouver but the hotel there are pricy. Further way is this nice Holiday Inn in Cloverdale. It is about a 40 minute drive to Richmond and Vancouver everyday but worth the savings. We stayed 2 nights and then drove down to Seattle for 2 nights. We decided to come back to this hotel for another 2 nights after. The staff allowed us to keep our luggage until our return and remembered us. I told them I will come back and they were pleased to hear it.
