Nice hotel for when we visit my son and his wife/

Pros: Very clean and well kept and very quiet.
Cons: The website did not give the option of discounts, and we learned that we could have saved considerably if we had been given the opportunity.
Location: Very convenient to visit my granddaughter and the National Parks nearby.
Very nice hotel. We were very surprised that it was only rated as two stars.

Beautiful, clean room.

The hotel was very nicely kept, and the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The only problem I had was that my room was on the first floor, right by the stairs to the second floor. Guests used the stairs all night long, waking me each time. I would recommend that the hotel never put guests in that room ... it's just too loud.

Nice Stay

Rooms was large and airy, very clean and the heater worked without a lot of noise. Had to stay and extra day, so I booked another day. I had to cancel later the day because of possible snow storm, and they were very accomodating refunding my extra day booking. They were very professional.

They Upgrade our room for family suite. 3 beds and 2 TV , fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. The bathroom is great with jacuzzi. Breakfast in the morning is not the bad, hard boiled egg, jimmy dean sandwich breakfast, waffles, yogurt, fruits, coffee, cold cereal, bread for toast. Free wifi too. Over all I gave them 5 star.

GREAT STAY EVERYTIME

This is the third time I stay in this hotel. Love everything about it. It's located in a small town but across the way from a lot of stores. Continental breakfast was great except on my last day. They were running low on everything. Didn't get to have o.j. I guess the waffle batter had gone bad as well. I guess it was just a bad morning for breakfast! But will return :)

First time Susanville, CA

Well the desk clerk could of been a little bit friendlier upon check in. Disappointed that swimming pool was closed. I didn't know that when I rented room. Other than that it was all good. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good.

Karen, Sorry that the front desk clerk wasn't up to your expectations, I'll discuss this with all front desk staff to ensure that your next stay they are friendlier. The pool is closed down after the annual Biz Johnson Marathon which is usually held the first part of October. I'm glad all else was good and hope to see in the future.
