Good Hotel But Watch The Price Of The Drinks.

Posted Jan 18, 2013
Pros: Spa
Cons: Drinks
Location: Secluded
I found breakfast very disorganized, staff running around trying to make tables up etc. even if not busy. The Hotel was pleasant and the staff polite and friendly, drinks are extortionately priced which made me eat out each night. i do not mind paying good prices for food but refuse to pay double the price for the same brand of drink that can be purchased elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, great food, wonderful service; but the standard double room and the double bed were quite small for the standard of hotel. The detox massage was fabulous.

BEST WESTERN ...AT ITS BEST...A WONDERFUL HOTEL...A MEMORABLE STAY!

Posted Jul 11, 2011
We stayed Tuesday toThursday in a Superior room with two double beds -our daughter loved the luxury of her own big bed. The room was very large with a bay window overlooking the golf course -it was a ground floor room and with an exit door just along the corridor to the car park -unloading our luggage was easy. The beds were luxurious and the bedding immaculate -we asked for sheets instead of duvets as it was warm and these were provided almost instantly. The room and bathroom were spotless and the furnishing beautiful. The complimentary bottles of springwater and the mini Roses chocolates were most welcome on arrival. The breakfasts were delicious and self-service, all the waitresses were attentive and helpful. We had room service each night and the meals were delicious. We enjoyed a swim in the leisure pool which was pleasant and refreshing. The pool changing room doors had entry codes and were opened for us only by the staff. We felt that security was taken seriously and it was a very safe environment. There were always plenty of staff visibly on duty and they were all pleasant and very helpful. We look forward to returning again to which is now our favourite Best Western hotel and Mr Webb should be proud of the extremely high standards he sets and his excellent staff and management.
