“Spring Improvement at the Ramada”

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and found it comfortable. However the hotel decor and staff service has been improved giving an even better experience for the guests.

“Great value for money”

Found the staff really friendly, the food was excellent. The leisure facilities were really good too. We would stay again and have already recommend it to friends.

“Weekend welcome”

Booked a family room, but there had been a mistake, but once identified the staff did everything to put it right. The room was very clean if a little cramped with a double next to a single. The breakfast was superb, staff very friendly and setting good.

“Brumada with spa”

We had an excellent four day stay at this hotel. There was ample car parking spaces even at busy times and with the long opening times of the spa and gym facilities we were able to choose whether to relax in the spa or sauna in the early morning or in the late evening.

“Ramada Sutton”

Although I got off to a bad start with this hotel I did leave thinking that I would consider staying there again if on business in the area in the future. Unfortunately the room wasn't as clean as it could have been as the same coffee cup rings on the bedside tables remained there throughout the duration of my stay not to mention untidy carpets and condensation stained net curtains to name but a couple of the problems. The staff on the whole were helpful although I did receive inaccurate information when checking in and the breakfast was excellent. Not typical of a Ramada hotel but comfortable on the whole.

“Could do better”

The room was not hoovered during my stay, and there was cobwebs on the ceiling both in the room and in the corridors. I also had to ask for toilet roll as this has not been replaced.

“Very Let Down”

I was very dissapointed with the hotel. It is very run down and needs refurb. The room was not v clean, tap in bathroom did not work and not enough staff around. Had to wait at the bar for 20mis just to order a cup of coffee.

“Frosty Receptionist Haley”

Receptionist Frosty, First rom long walk through warren of smelly corridors. first room was dark, dingy and had srange odour Asked to be mooved to another room. This had balcony over looking lake however balcony poorly maintained with black mold evident. Carpets were relativly new though dust , cobweb and evidence if previous guests could seen between the desk and dresser whilst sitting on the bed. Bathroom: side of bath had a hair on it. overall bathroon very tired with chipped bath panel, eal around the bathworn and grey - source of bacteria. i would not return or recommend.
