“Great Place! MOST helpful staff”

This was my first experience with using Expedia. For years i traveled on business and I had to use the company system. Now retired, I used Expedia and it was great. Pick an area, zero in on the exact loacation, and I was all set. I needed direction to a specific business. The front desk was MOST helpful as they told me a short cut to take to avoid the problem of making a left turn on a very busy highway in the morning. I would stay there again!

Very courteous staff. Clean and comfortable. Strongly recommend. The heating is a bit noisy, though. Maybe I simply didn't know how to use it.

“Excellent, friendly service”

I reserved the hotel room for two nights, but ended up changing plans and leaving after one night. Rather than sticking me with the full 2-night charge, the manager graciously allowed Expedia to refund me the charge for the second night. Each of the staff members I interacted with seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help any way they could. The only downside to the stay was that the hot water was only room temperature in the morning when I took my shower, but when I reported it to the staff they explained it was already being worked on, and apologized. Overall this was a nice, friendly hotel to stay at.

Fast check-in as always. Decent free breakfast. Only complaint is that the indoor pool was chilly.
