“Great Hotel”

This was a good hotel. This hotel has a kiddie pool that is great for young children. This hotel is close to many restruants and small shops and is also close to the mall and Lake Lanier.

“Twice a year we are in this area and we will try the accomodations again.”

When I checked in the clerk was very professional and friendly and very helpful. I expressed the need for a ground floor room and she was able to grant that wish. Since I had used Expedia there was no delay in checking in or running of cards etc. Checkout was just a simple matter of turning the keys in and getting the printout of the bill.

“Nice hotel close to Interstate”

Nice room no problems until the A/C unit went out in the middle of the night on the last night of my stay.

“Not Too Bad”

I have stayed in nicer hotels for this price, but it was still decent. I felt pretty safe there, however, most people in there that night were in town for the same concert I was. I can't say much about how this place would be normally. The ladies in the office were nice, I didn't see any bugs, and I didn't hear any noises at night.

“Covenient Budget Motel”

Close to the interstate, nearby shops, and a variety of resturants.

“A bit seedy”

the crowd was a bit suspect - location is great but it seems more like a place you'd go when you're on parole rather than on business. Wireless internet access was incredibly weak and I couldn't get my connection to work.

“Not impressed”

room was clean but dingy and even tho was a non smoking, the towels and bed linens all smelled of smoke. The guest in the room next door, also nonsmoking, were smoking which drifted over to our room. Pool area was nice, maid service did a good job.

“room unsatisfactory”

Hotel room lamp did not work, no tissue in holder, no book explaining amenities, expedia had not listed this as a hotel with a complimentary breakfast and desk clerk did not tell me that. Coffee pot was dirty. Coffe cups were not wrapped and a hair was in one of the styrofoam cups. Bathtub was so rough on bottom surface, it was impossible to sit in tub.

hotel staff was unfriendly and not very knowledgeable.i will not recommend this place even if the rooms where free. property manager was very rude also.
