good hotel for the money

Pros: low price
Cons: tub faucet dripped, but didn't affect me
Location: easy access to the highway, but far enough off the road that there's no noise
not the ritz, but it's a great hotel for the price, plus it has a kitchenette.

Location: great
The shower head fell off. The pressure in the shower is equivalent to a firehose. The AC took half a day to operate correctly. Just wasn't a good stay.

The hotel room had a horrible smell. People were smoking right outside of the room. Adjacent rooms patrons were noisy all night. Pillow case had stains and crumbs were on the bed. Dishes was in the sink. Will never stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone. Sorry for the negative rate but the truth does hurt sometimes.

Location and price attracted me, but the building's outside did not match the inside. Good things: clean room, microwave worked well, bed slept well (even though frame was broken). Not so good things: When I arrived, light bulbs were out. Took 3 days to fix. Tub had been cracked and repair was very sloppy. Furniture was in disrepair. Could not use 1 of 3 drawers in the dresser because the bottom had broken out. Will not return to this hotel.

awful seedy rundown

Pros: Nothing
Cons: No food onion. Bed squeaky. Bathroom fixtures chipped. Bedding seefy
Location: Needed a hotel in the Suwanee area near a gymnastics competition. Not worth the money when this area has tons of other places to stay.
Why is this property on your list? It is jorundown and uncomfortable. It is also surrounded by hotels of much greater quality. Don't stay here!
