“Okay for a place to sleep”

Nothing to rave about. Room was just "okay". We were given a bit of a hassle when we asked for a few extra towels.

“Cheap and smokey”

This hotel doesn't rate in my list of 5 worse hotels I've stayed in but it's not a place I'd choose again. The primary issue is the other guests. It's a cheap hotel and that's the clientele it attracts.When we drove up there were people standing outside their non-smoking rooms, smoking. This meant they were also standing in front of our room smoking. There were people coming and going throughout the night. Whenever we arrived at the hotel at the end of the day, people pulled their curtains back slightly to see who had driven up. Who were they expecting? When we turned the fan on in the bathroom, the room filled with cigarette smoke from outside. There were other annoyances but the smoke was the killer. There are a lot of hotels at this freeway exit that looked to be fairly nice (the street sign for this hotel alone told us we were staying at probably the worst hotel at the exit). We'll pay a little extra and stay at one of the others next time.

“staff don't know what they are doing”

Staff didn't do a very good job cleaning the room. make the beds and clean towels and a quick carpet clean and out the door. The coffee maker wasn't cleaned or rinsed for two days before we left ,it might still have some coffee in the pot.no cups in the room or kleenex, had to go to the office to get what should be in the room automatically.

“Disappointed in Ramada Limited Reputation”

Beds very comfortable - thankful for only one night. Stood in water while showering - tub wouldn't drain. Delux cont. breakfast a joke!
