The room was filthy with stains all over the couch, food or something on the curtains, stained sheets, and vile piles of hairs in the corners of the bath.

Worst customer service experience ever
The lady at front desk was rude and prejudice told her i didn't want a smoking room she insisted because i smell like smoke i should be in a smoking room i was to tired to argue the bed had cigarette holes in the sheets and a lot of police activities

The refrigerator was ticking all night. Looks like they killed some bugs and left it smeared on the wall. My husband left his glasses but they claim they didn’t see them. Unless they are wearing them.

Right off 85
The ladies at checkin were very nice & accommodating when I requested a ground floor room. The room was nice, the hotel is older. My 1 biggest issue was a large roach I had to kill on the wall. But, our room was by their laundry room. Pleasant employees. Close to alot of restaurants and a Walmart.

The woman checking us in ( owner?) was VERY rude. I asked for extra towels and coffee to take to the room and she completely gave me the run around rudely in hard to understand English. I was there to take it to my room myself. Had to wait until the next day! The housekeeping was very good. Extra towels and coffee every day after leaving her a tip. Room was cleaned everyday.

room had a stench that was not kind to the nose. also the bed was as uncomfortable as any i have ever tried to sleep in. DID NOT sleep very well at all. dont think ill ever stay at super 8 again.

The non smoking rooms smell really bad, seems people are still smoking in there. The rooms are ok but dirty, in the corners there are piles of dirt, also in the bathroom

The shower drain in the handicap room was extremely slow and over flowed. Location was very close to my venue.

It was within walking distance of all restaurants gas stations anything you needed was all right there liquor store right in front of my hotel perfect very well upkeep

Horrible Stay
Dirty dirty hole in blankets electric socks opened front desk wouldn't give extra towels no smoking room smelled like a smoke room. A dead roach was under the ice bucket. My sister is still itching from something. The whole room was just plain nasty. Lamp shade was messed up. Just unacceptable!!!!

There were burn holes in the blankets and sheets. It’s an outdated and overpriced. I would not recommend.

The comforters on the bed needs to be updated with clean new ones because they have stains and burn out spots on them and the sheets don’t smell clean at all

The stay was pleasant as it was rather quiet at night, but there was no breakfast food in the morning in lobby not even coffee. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Not bad for the price I paid.

There wasn't any discrepancies when I checked in. There was great customer service and immaculate building layout. Most definitely was very pleased with booking with Expedia this time.

Walls in room were dirty and there was green mold on the wall lamps by the bedroom mirrors. Went by to enjoy the free breakfast and no food was ever set out. The people next door to me kept running in and out all night and kept waking up my infant.
