Very relax, nice and quite in the room. The main lobby am too loud at nite when the live band performing! Way too loud. Besides, not everyone enjoy the same type of music.

A good choise when visiting Suzhou. Exellent service, decent food, rooms are confortable and around hotel vicinity a lot of restaurants and services.Small mminus is ongoing construction sites around 200..300 m away. However, no noice disturbing.

The location is convenient, one block to subway station and in the central of financial district. Hotel is clean and comfy, same as other Renaissance.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the SIP. Service is absolutely perfect. Room decoration is very nice, and bathrooms are great, with enough counterspace and a stall shower with good water pressure. Rooms are very quiet, and the beds are not Asian hard...which are too hard on my back. Breakfasts are tremendous: lots of variety, and everything is of very good quality.

This is a fine hotel but wasn't convenient if you are attending a Trade Show at The Exhibition Center. Too far to walk. All and all the premises wa very nice.

예약부에서 손님의 예약상황을 찾지 못하여 손님이 결국은 체크인을 못하고 짐만 맡기고 외부로 나가셧고 제가 호텔측과 30여분간 통화후 호텔직원이 하는말은 다른시스템에서 예약을 찾았다고 합니다. 솔직히 정말 이해가 안가구요, 다시는 이호텔은 추천해드리고 싶지가 않네요. 직원교육이 많이 필요할듯 합니다
