Excellent Hotel

Marriott Suzhou is undoubtedly one of the best hotels i have ever stayed. The staff are friendly and helpful, greeting you and smiling all the time. The room is adequately big and comfortable, room service ensure that your room is in good condition each day, facilities were nice and always staffed. The only downside was that they did not provide the shuttle as promised in brochure, even though they did end up calling a cab that i had to pay myself. And the the frontdesk staff also did not registered points for my Marriott Reward despite providing them the account. All these asides, i am giving the hotel an excellent ratings for its service and facilities.

Cons: Guests smoking on non smoking floors
Location: This hotel is convenient to the highway.
The hotel is relatively new and as such in good condition. Even though it was new, the rooms already had some stains on the carpet. Overall the room was very good and the bathroom was clean.
