Great place. It was so close to everything that there was nobody to buy a transit pass. A simple journey from the train station to the hotel makes it a great place to be.

Clean hotel,room average size,the bed was very uncomfortable and kind of small. Breakfast selection was pretty basic,could have a little more choices. Had to pay for parking (€12!!!)

The manage was the worst person I’ve ever encountered in all my trips he was rude so asked if they had a bucket to put ice so I could put my soda to get cold. The girl that was there was the other side of the coin she was very sweet and helpful she went out of her way and found plastic container for me to put my soda.

This was probably the most modern hotel we stayed in on this trip. All amenities were there. Staff was extremely helpful. Due to Covid there is an organized breakfast schedule for the morning so be aware of that. Parking is €12 per night. You have to get your parking ticket validated at the front desk before you can leave the parking lot. Also good to be aware of. There was no shortage of departing guests stopping everyone else from leaving because they had to go back to the front desk to validate their ticket. The only knock on this hotel is it is located on a divided street. That means moving to make a u-turn either upon leaving the hotel parking lot or returning. This can only be done after sitting at a traffic signal seemingly for a great deal of time. On the positive side of the location is the restaurant across the street Hans im Glück which is vegan friendly burger place. Food is good even for meat eaters. Around the corner is a smallish mall that has a number of restaurants as well as a drug store and grocery. Any number of day trips to the more famous castles in Germany are possible from Augsburg. It isn’t far from Munich. About an hour and a half to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. About the same to Lichtenstein castle if there isn’t miles of construction on the autobahn and you don’t miss your exit because of traffic created by it.

My family took a trip on Germany's Romantic Road. We camped in our campervan, but chose to stay in a hotel every other night to clean up and get a good night's rest. This was the perfect stop as Augsburg is midway through the Romantic Road. Checking in was easy, and the employees are very friendly. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. It was also nice to have a breakfast buffet before we continued our trip.

I chose the hotel based on price and I was pleasantly surprised overall by the rooms. Staff is not really fluent in English but you can get by. Arrived 1 hour early but they didn't have a room to give us. However, the rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable and I would highly recommend choosing the hotel if you are visiting Augsburg.

Great stay and safety mesure about covid
Le check in fut long puisque l hotel a mise en place des extra mesure a cause du covid. Vous devez choisir l heure de votre dejeuner et ce seras un dejeuner tres basic preparer a l avance ( pain ,choix de viande froide,oeuf a la coq et barre tendre) Vous etes en face d une epiceries et d une pharmacie.Le stationnement coute 12€ par nuit.L hotel est a environ 2km du centre ville.

Perfect hotel for short stay, helpfull and nice staffs. Breakfast not too much variety but sufficient. Definitely recommend it to all, especially for those who planning visit LegoLand City.

Very small rooms and even smaller beds. They sell a bed with a width of approximately 130 cm width and one blanket as double bed. Staff was very unfriendly. Will definitely not come back.

Great stay
The place is clean and very modern. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide choice. The only detraction to staying at this hotel is that getting to the city's center is a little complicated because the streets are so tangled.

Augsburg 3 day trip
The holiday inn in augsburg was in a good location a couple of minutes walk took you to a great shopping mall with good eating places just outside was bus to take you a short trip into the centre of the town or if you like to walk like I do ten to fifteen minutes will get you there. The staff in the hotel were friendly and English speaking I'm happy to recommend this hotel.
