“Great Augsburg hotel”

This hotel was perfect for every traveler. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient in location. The breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. The staff were all very helpful and attentive. For the rate we paid, it was an excellent value.

“Great rate and location”

Great location - right at Augsburg Hbf, approx 25 minutes from Munich. Room small, but very clean. Wifi is expensive - 5hr for 9 Euro (ask for access card at the reception). Skip overpriced breakfast at the hotel - there are plenty of much cheaper places to eat around.

“Good hotel for the money.”

The hotel, on the whole, is excellent. We received a very warm greeting upon arrival and the room was very clean and well equipped with a hairdryer, mini bar, fan, LCD screen TV etc. The hotel also provides a free travel pass to use in Augsburg on the trams/buses for the duration of your stay, although everything central is accessible on foot. We didn't have the breakfast buffet as there were cheaper places to eat in town so can't comment on that. The only negatives are that it is so close to the station that you can hear station noise e.g. loudspeaker announcements if the windows are open and that there was a shower and no bath.

“Multi-cultured competent staff”

Hotel is close to public transportation. There is a fitness center attached to the hotel free to guest. Hours are not favorable to early mornings. Several eating establishments are nearby. Several tourist attractions are nearby. Staff is fluent in English and German. High speed connections are available.
