We stayed here on business for x3 nights. Me and my work colleagues booked 3 rooms. Mine was front facing room and they had rear facing rooms. It was soo hot (26c+)with no air conditioning in the hotel. Because of this needed windows open. There was soo much noise from building works out front with kango hammer that and people shouting. My colleagues complained about the train noise from the back of hotel with regular platform announcements that go on throughout the night. All of us got little to no sleep throughout the stay. I have never experienced sleep deprivation from a hotel stay so i need to warn you this is a very noisy hotel to stay. Other than the heat and the noise everything else was ok.

Overnight stay in Ulm
An overnight stay, the room was fine but it would have been nice to have more than one small pillow though! Bathroom was fine, nice shower. Room was very clean. Overall average!

Ulm for one night
Convenient hotel directly at the station in Ulm and thus, a good starting point to explore Ulm. Overall very clean, efficient and friendly check-in, predominantly used by business travelers it seems. MiniBar was empty but a basic bar has draft beer. Recommendable hotel

Proximity to the train is its main point - the re build at the front is a disgrace with drunks, screaming youths, and hundreds of cigarette butts that look revolting !!!

As any of the Inter City hotels, this hotel is located right at the main station of Ulm, which brings the positive side that everything is within walking distance from the hotel, and that trains are literally downstairs. That being said, the noise of the long-under-construction Bahnhof area of Ulm, and the fact that everybody gathers at night at the station, makes it difficult to sleep in quietness. Nonetheless, we found that the room was small in size but with absolutely everything we needed, the place was neat, and the toiletries were on point.

Clean and convenient hotel next to the main railway station. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Free local transportation ticket. Only downside was the room had no air conditioning so had the window open which at times proved noisy.

Good standard, convenient for the railway station
Good standard hotel situated on the main station. This would usually not be a problem but the room was warm at night and so needed the window open. This increased the noise from the station as we overlooked the platform.

Hotel at railway station.
Awful hotel at railway station. Staff ok but smoking rather than serving. Although helped me store my bicycle. Room absolutely boiling hot but couldn't open window due to noise of the station. Construction site outside.

Not as good as IC Hotel Freiburg.
Twin room with 2 beds instead of the requested large bed. Mini bar fridge not working. No coffee making facilities. Hotel showing its age and not as good as the one at Freiburg. However, if I’d onvthd station and. Erg convenient, if expensive.

No reservation at check in
The hotel didn't have a reservation for me when I arrived. They only had a reservation for my upcoming stay in December, and also from my previous stays at the hotel. I showed them my booking confirmation, and forwarded your email from last week, stating 4 days to go for my upcoming stay. After that, they accepted my reservation without any further problems.

Nonstop construction and too much smoking
I know it’s not the hotel’s fault that there is so much construction noise. The thing is, when it’s hot you either have the choice of cracking open a window and taking things down a degree and listening to the full blast of trains, jackhammers and cranes, or stifling in the heat and humidity. The rooms should at least have a fan. And the construction does not stop at night. It goes all night long. Then when you wake up in the morning the entire lobby reeks of cigarettes. My throat burned and now I’m going home with a bad cough. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the location and circumstances make it pretty rough.

Not impressed
This hotel is clearly dated. Overpriced, only plus is that it’s right next to the train station. No fitness center, internet was slow, room was small, tv was smaller, breakfast buffet was way below what I’m used to. I cannot recommendation this hotel.
