Very friendly welcome, tired room, basic & clean. Very good food at dinner & breakfast, good sleep, poor shower. All staff were very friendly & helpful.

Disappointing
Hotel room was poor. Bed was hard and the pillows were cheap with no support for sleeping. Shower with very low water pressure. The shower stand which was attached to wall fell off. Mould was around shower tray. Also no toilet brush. We could not sleep in room not just because of the bed. It was far to hot in room and couldn't turn the radiator down. Managed to force window open but the view was where they washed linen. Also staff were standing next to outside window smoking so obviously the smell of cigarettes came into our room. Will not be recommending thus hotel to our friends. Hotel manager did however not charge us for the night we were there. Staff very hardworking and helpful.
