Door key did not work twice so then was given another room that housekeeping was still working on (this was at 4:15 and check-in was at 3:00), then had to go back to the front desk a third time with our luggage and was given a 3rd room which finally worked. No comp for the trouble, not even a $5 credit at the bar. But overall the stay was fine, beds comfortable, just the building is old and it shows.

Room was not all that clean. ceiling had large stain, toilet tank cover was broke in two and taped together. I am 6 foot, so is shower head. Room service , no daily? Frige looked like it fell out window, clean but all beat up.

Water stains on ceiling, musty smelling, TV reception was grainy and there was a lot of noise from event. Doorway and parking lot was always filled with a lot people smoking.

The smell in my room and the ballrooms was horrible and the gnats for the wedding room were out of control. Changed rooms and it still smelled so bad. Was there for a wedding but would def never recommend

We had a room on the first floor and the hall was like a sauna and our room felt damp. The bar was to be open until midnight, but it was closed when we came in at 10:30.
