The staff were friendly and accommdating, gave good suggestions for places to visit, they have a lovely italian restaurant within the hotel and there are breakfast ootions, surrounding area is beautiful. 5 minute walk to bus stop which takes you to Bath Town Centre within 20 minutes. Overall brilliant accommodation and hotel staff."
