"Beautiful hotel on Hyde park"
Amazing! only a very few picky things to complain about, cup ring marks on table, I was told I had have a separate bath and shower, but instead it was a shower over bath, asked for a serve of butter when I ordered room service and never got it, and parking was very expensive I think this should be free to hotel guests aside from that everything was absolutely perfect would stay again in a heart beat! Views were beautiful food was delicious customer service was great!

"City break "
We went to the City to march Anzac Day.My only problem with this hotel was I thought I booked a two bedroom apartment and I rpt was two separate rooms with two front doors and a small foyer with a door. We were all adults so it was fine but had I had kids I would not have liked this set up.After staying at Quest at Cronulla and just loving the two bedroom rooms I just thought that they would be similar.

"Perfect location & amenity in the heart of Sydney"
The entrance on Market St is humble and deceptive, but once you take the elevators just past the concierge, you find yourself in a wonderful expansive lobby on the 8th floor. Due to the height and location of the hotel, I would think most rooms would have a great view. We had a view towards Darling Harbour, and rooms on the north side would look towards Circular Quay, and those on the East towards the adjacent Sydney Tower. The staff were trained to an excellent standard, world class. We had the breakfast buffet which was better value than most, as the choice and quality of food was top notch. Look out for the organic honey still in the comb, harvested from a bee colony right in the building! We had some slight issues with a blocked drain, but that was fixed promptly. The parking is also pretty tough in that location, and the valet parking is quite expensive at $60 a day. For parking the car on Friday night, we got a good deal with Secure Parking at 60 Elizabeth St if you book online, and it is only 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Would love to stay there again.

"A Great Place to Stay in Central Sydney "
Living in a spacious well appointed apartment within walking distance to so many activities made our 10 day stay in Sydney most relaxing and enjoyable. It was good to be able to cook some meals in the well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the excellent public transport - especially the train and ferry service. So many things within short walking distance - harbours, The Rocks, Opera House, theatres, cafes, shops. Hotel pick ups for day tours appreciated - we enjoyed a trip to the Blue Mountains. Also enjoyed the opportunity to participate in yacht racing on the Harbour, visit the Observatory and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Hotel being only a short walk from train station - meant we were able to take train to and from International Airport. The staff were so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble.
