Not as good as last yearPosted Jul 19, 2015
Used last year and was fine (although expensive) and excellent spot for use overnight before heading to Disney on Ice with two families. Had prewarned apartments needed outside carpark as had large van and three children with disability but all carparks near reception full. Also insisted on $200 holding deposit on credit card FOR 4-5 DAYS!!! This in an apartment that charged us $426.00 for one night!!! Finally found spot outside. Inside rooms missing two towel sets (we had told them there were seven of us), toilet rolls were only about 1/3 left and no replacements, carpets around couches not clean, no tea towel for wiping dishes. Had problem with TV and wifi. Manager was difficult to find but to his credit he did try and solve our problems to the best of his ability.

Comfortable apartment for 2 not so much for 3Posted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Location, safe and secure and cleanliness.
Cons: Update sofa bed and provide sufficient bedding for winter. Draft proof the rear door as this did have big gaps where the cold air came in.
Location: Olympic Park - cycling, running, parks
The accommodation was very clean and provided all the basics. We chose this accommodation due to its close proximity to friends and the price. The double bed was comfortable however the sofa bed for our son was uncomfortable with no duvet provided. We requested blankets the next day and reception were very helpful in providing these and a heater. Due to the design of the apartments the heat rises into the bedroom leaving downstairs cold - we did stay in winter but were surprised how cold the apartment was. Secure free parking is a good addition.

LOng weekend awayPosted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Location , friendly staff. very reasonable pricing
Cons: Nothing comes to mind,
Great location close to Parramatta, close to freeway , quick trip into Sydney. Staff very helpful and everything needed in the rooms. Very short walk to local supermarket & food outlets. We are from regional NSW and has been few years since went to Sydney, changes quick. When we drove to Darling Harbour, found they have knocked our normal car park down and are rebuilding, but found another nearby quickly

Location: Near parramatta and supermarket
Modern but furniture cheap and uncomfortable. Curtains broken and no interest in fixing them.

Very DisappointedPosted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: Rooms large & spacious
Cons: Your cleaning staff.
Arrived to a very unclean room. The bath had not been cleaned for months and the shower curtain was dirty. The extra blanket provided had not been washed for month either. The room was located next to a major highway. High fences and unkept properties near by. The worst street in Parramatta. The staff were pleasant and the reception area was fine.

Very disappointedPosted Mar 17, 2015 on Hotels
I had booked for 3 adults but was only given a queen bed, had to argue with reception to get extra linen to make up sofa bed myself. The Wi-Fi did not work. Then the key to get in the gate after 9pm did not work, luckily another guest was able to let us in. I was actually staying there to attend medical appointment at Westmead and really did not need all this extra stress. I had previously stayed at APX in November last year and had been pleased with the service,so this time was extremely disappointing.
