都心で便利

Pros: 29階に宿泊しましたが、眺望が最高でした。
Cons: アミニティ用品がない。 水のペットボトルくらいはサービスでよいのでは。
Location: FISH Marketでの食事
部屋やロビーなど清潔でした。スタッフの対応が親切でした。 都心でとても便利、クイーンビクトリアビルディングに近い。

Our room was beautiful! Large and spacious. All staff were very helpful, except our check in was not as friendly as we would have hoped.

Pros: Good location.
Cons: New washing machine and dryer would be good.
Location: Close distance to public transport and Darling Harbour. Also walking distance to Rocks and Circular Quay.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Relaxing and comfortable.

Large rooms, great location

Pros: Large rooms!
We got a two room apartment and it was very large. It had a great kitchen and two baths. It was conveniently located right across the intersection from the Town Hall Train station. It couldn't have been easier! It was a great location to have a family as the park at Darling Harbor was only a 5 to 10 minute walk away and the Circular Caye was only a short free bus ride away.

Pros: スタッフのフレンドリーさ、清潔、窓からの眺望、便利なロケーション。
Cons: ドクターを頼むとAUD500は高い
Location: 何処に行くのにも便利、迷ったことも、失敗したことも無い
VIVIDで毎晩花火が上がり感激した。 必要なものは直ぐ届けてくれた。 清潔。 キッチンが非常に使いやすい。日本人としては炊飯医が有れば最高だが。 20階の部屋、窓からの眺めが良い、特に夕日の美しさに吃驚した。 静か、殆ど他室の物音は聞こえなかった。

Very lovely hotel, amazing helpful and happy staff. Pool/sauna/gym area is great, very clean. Handy location. Would def come back and stay.

リビングからの夜景が素敵です。特にビビッドシドニー中は部屋から花火まで見えました。街の中心部なので、ショッピングやおいしいレストランを身近で楽しめます。

Location: Town Hall station is very conveniently accessible via a shopping mall on the opposite side of the hotel. Darling Harbour and Chinatown are close by.
During the booking process, several months before our stay, we had indicated the number of people staying, yet were unaware that we had one too many persons allowed for the room. The manager brought this to our attention the morning after our first night. We were very surprised of course. We are firstly displeased with how we were not alerted to this situation at any time prior to our arrival, as the upgraded room we were requested to relocate to, came with a very substantial cost that we were certainly not expecting on the first morning of our visit to the city. The manager said that the hotel was unable to contact us because our contact details weren't given by Expedia. Yet the hotel didn't think to contact Expedia. Secondly, the manager's attitude towards us at every stage of the situation was rude. We had no choice but to pay the upgrade, but were told we should be grateful that we were given a discount for it. On check-out we were charged for two phone calls that we never made. When we asked at what time the calls were made, the clerk told us that he didn't have that information...
