Comfortable and great locationPosted Jul 29, 2014
Easy to get to being close to Town Hall st, Darling Harbour is only short walk away, room was comfortable and big enough to even make the TV look too small. Reception staff were happy and helpful.

Amazing appartment in best location.Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: The appartment and the central location.
Arriving from Fiji with a stop over in Sydney for a couple of days was a great finish to our holidays. We arrived late on a Monday night but receptionist was very welcoming and quick and easy we got access to our appartment. A very nice surprice as we booked over internet and didnt have a quite good look at it before getting there. The appartment was huge and clean and it felt like coming home away from home. It got even better on the morning after when we realised how central we were and had a 10 minute walk to the Darling harbour were we took the boat to the Opera house. We will absolutly have a look for the same appartment when we get back to Sydney the next time. Perth Family of 4

Great ValuePosted Jul 10, 2014
Cons: The hotel staff were unfamiliar with the rooms (e.g. could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat of the heater). More uniformed training needed.
Location: Darling Harbour (fireworks on Saturday nights), bars along Clarence Street (The Baxter Inn; Lobo Plantation), cafes and restaurants in Surry Hills.
The location of the hotel is great (corner of Kent Street/ Bathurst Street). Close to Town Hall Station, lots of bus services along George Street and within walking distance to many attractions and places. The studio apartment was well fitted with a microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, fridge and crockery. The condition of the room was rather good and well-maintained. Overall, a comfortable experience.

Modern and superbly clean accommodation.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: It was as good as advertised.
Cons: We did not get the room serviced on the first morning of our two- day stay. There may have been a misunderstanding about this. (No space to explain)
Location: Close to numerous restaurants, cafes Food stores etc and Darling Harbour.
We enjoyed our stay and the kitchenette was exactly what we wanted. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that we will use it for our next stay in Sydney.
