Staff took over an hour to come to room to give us a remote to work the TV, we also requested that ridiculous holding on credit card be removed as soon as possible by the hotel contacting bank, 4 days after stay and this hasn't been done, where we stayed at the Novotel only a week prior, who did this straight away. Annoying! Room was nice and clean, avoid the coffee in the morning, no idea how to make one. Inside hotel is clean and modern and comfortable.

It is the bank that are holding the funds and if the bank doesn't release them on check we need to send a fax to the bank. This can take a couple of days for the bank to release. Did not set up room as requested on two nights

Overall the hotel was great, although the booking and instructions were to ensure the room was set up as a twin - ie, two beds. Upon arrival we found their was one king bed, and as it was late just crashed out. I notified reception of my booking request and again found the same that night. I tried calling housekeeping for 30 minutes and reception and got no one! So i went there and advised them of the issue. To their credit they did fix the problem right away while we waited to go to bed.

We really enjoyed our stay but would have liked a microwave to heat up our child's dinner.

Pros: The Food was excellent
Cons: Finding it using my GPS...Not the Hotels fault....
Location: It was a great location for us to start out to drive back to Melbourne.
Well kept Hotel with very nice staff. The food we had in the resturant / bar was excellent. Note that my GPS had the Hotel at least 1 km wrong. Continue straight past the round about the GPS selects as the destination to the Race Track and it's on the left.

When we arrived we had booked for 3, we only had bedding for 2, we had no towels in the bathroom,and 2 sachets of coffee,the lady on reception was very quick to get an extra bed in and towels House cleaning came knocking at 9.30, so felt very rushed to get out
