A contemporary Australian grill with American and European influences. Locally sourced and grass-fed beef is dry-aged specifically for the wood fired grills, broilers, and sous vide cooking. A menu changes weekly to reflect seasonal freshness and the chef's sense of invention. The restaurant has a full bar with an international cellar of approximately 770 labels, and includes a well-edited collection of some of the finest American wines.
