Best Western Twin Towers Inn

A great place to stay. Very clean and neat rooms. Friendly staff. Overall a pleasing experience.

The staff were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable, well-appointed and clean. The hotel position is very convenient and parking, so close to the city, is a definite bonus.

Hotel & Rooms fine. When I arrived at the hotel reception could not find my expedia booking and were extremely unhelpful. I had to call from my own mobile at my cost. This delay made me miss an important business meeting.

Traffic noise didn't bother me but the leaf blower at 7.30am on a Monday made the overall noise uncomfortable. Hotel was not to blame however as leaf blower was from the adjacent apartment block. Also, breakfast is expensive. Our inter-connecting rooms were very comfortable.

It is in a handy spot for a lot of activities, and central to all motorways. The only downside was that it is nowhere near any cafes or shops. We walked into Artarmon, which wasn't far and had coffee there.

Just there for one night before going to the hospital in the morning. Great price for a plain, comfortable little room. I don't know about the rest of the hotel, but our bathroom was brand new and perfectly clean--always a plus. Excellent value for the price.

Clean, got what I paid for. Cold breakfast $15. My room was over the carpark so hard to have the window open but overall I would stay there again.

Room was under reception. Very noisy during late hours of night with people coming and going. Woke our small child multiple times during night. Restaurant does not open on a Fri, sat, sun. Very disappointing! We chose a hotel with a restaurant so we wouldnt have to leave late at night with a baby.

Wi- if should be available in the room.

Good location, close to transport. Free shuttle a big plus.
