Very noisy even on 11th floor and elevator creaksPosted Apr 2, 2015
Pros: Location to China town and/or Darling Harbour
Cons: Steam clean carpets and bathroom walls
Location: close to World Shopping mall, Chinatown shopping and city shopping
Room was narrow, bed was clean and good pillows. Maids did not clean room well and bathroom had mold on tile grout. Carpet had blood stains

Busy locationPosted Mar 26, 2015
Cons: Freshen and update rooms.
Location: Very central location. Across street from the Capital Theatre.
Hotel staff was very nice. Rooms are pretty worn, but the size and bed is comfortable. Had a hard time getting luggage to the elevator. Entrance is on street level and then you use steps to get up to the front desk and elevators. It would be nice to have a ramp.

Nice hotel. Close to Darling Harbour & City CentrePosted Mar 22, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff and a good rate for accommodation.
Cons: Maybe extra items in the kitchenette e.g. extra Tea & Coffee and milk.
Location: The best location with this hotel was the proximity to Darling HARBOUR. Public transport was also very handy to the hotel.
Found the hotel staff very helpful in all respects, e.g. arranging Airport transport. Also directions to various places of i nterest, and manner of Transport to get to those places.

Cons: The hotel a bit dated, but clean and tidy, maybe a bit of an update required.Fridge rather noisy.Noisy street.
Location: Easy access to light rail , buses. No reason to go hungry.Variety of shops but hard to find mid range clothing shopping.( eg ) Target
Stayed for a week, did the tourist thing. A bit overpriced but no real problems.

Great LocationPosted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room.
Cons: Upgrade bathroom. Detach from the Chilli and Spice Restaurant
Location: Chinatown, Market City, Markets, Darling Harbour, Entertainment Centre.
Mostly good. Bathroom needs an upgrade - chipped tiles near the bath. Curtains need upgrade - dusty and didn't quite cover the window allowing early morning light in. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Now the BAD bit - the on site Chilli & Spicy Restaurant was disgusting. Chipped bowls, fly trap in the corner of the room, an open bin near our table, the cereal was left spilt on the table. I asked for another cup and was given one that the waitress only rinsed out from a previous customer. Cold boiled egg. Breakfast was included in our tariff and we were obliged to use it. BreakFree on George need to break free from this place.

Convenient location, close to city amenities.Posted Mar 4, 2015
Pros: I like the central location and my rooms were spacious.
Cons: I only stayed one night so didn't really have time to find fault, other than the hair dryer wasn't connected securley to the wall.
Location: Qantas Credit Union Arena, Town Hall Station and China Town.
I was attending the Eagles show at the Qantas Credit Union Arena and wanted a hotel close to that venue. The hotel is close to Town Hall train station and the Arena. It is also right in the heart of China Town. I was surprised at the size of my "room" as it had a separate bedroom, kitchenette and large living area.

Really convenient location.Posted Mar 4, 2015
Cons: The strange smell in the bathroom. Cracked tiles, leaking cistern. The bathrooms are tired.
Location: Easy to walk or train to everywhere.
Great location in Chinatown. Perfect for Capitol theatre, Starbucks and walking to Central station.
