Good location and amenitiesPosted Nov 28, 2013
Stayed for two nights for a workshop. Minibar items were excellent. I wished that the in room dining was available later than 9:30pm. The room service menu had a good variety and the prices were reasonable.

Not so good this time.Posted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: It is in a good position in Surrey Hills.
Cons: The room needs a complete make over.
Location: It is well known as a handy place to stay with bus stops and cafes close.
We stayed at this hotel previously and it was fine but this time the room was not pleasant, the air conditioner did not work, the beds were not comfortable and there was a blank wall outside the window. We paid $555 for two nights.

Good value for Sidney.Posted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: 10-15 minutes walk to Chinatown/George Street - from there you get to everywhere. Room is clean and hotel staff helpful.
Cons: Wished it had free Wi-Fi in the lobby - everywhere must pay.

Centrally located and great valuePosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is centrally located in Surry Hills near Oxford Street, very convenient with friendly service. There are many choices of eateries and cafes nearby. There’s also a great bar across the street called The Porter House. The hotel does not have onsite gym but they do partner with Boxing Works, a local nearby boxing gym with free weights and boxing classes. The rooms are comfortable and you get a great value for the location and amenities. The pool is located on the 2nd Floor and can be crowded during the day. The lobby is comfortable and great for meet ups there is also a computer available for use. There is WiFi available for a charge.

Had a lovely overnight stay.Posted Sep 6, 2013
Cons: Wardrobe could have been a little larger
Very surprised at how comfortable and reasonably priced hotel was. Staff were very friendly and only too happy to help. Fantastic location - close to cafe's and well within walking distance to attractions and transport. Had a lovely walk through Hyde Park and onto St Mary's Cathedral along past the art galleries and national library - through botanical gardens and onto opera house and bridge - then onto the famous rock area all within a well paced 2 hours walk from hotel. I travelled to Sydney for the opening of my brother's art exhibition in Darlinghurst - only a few minutes away on foot. Staying at the Cambridge may it all the more enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Very convenient hotelforan overnight stay.Posted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
We booked in at the last minute. Room was good - quite small but had everything you needed. It was a bit noisy due to the location - sirens etc but was ok. A bit of door banging through the night due to early departures.
