Pros: Location and spacious apartment
Cons: Bit depressing.
Location: Close to everything
Facilities: Tired, Fair, Old, Needs a refurb badly; Value: Reasonable; Service: Polite; Cleanliness: Tidy; Needs a refurb. But perfect for those just wanting a bed. Bit dusty. Would suggest carpets, lcurtains and linen all needs updating or steam cleaning.

Pros: Space and location
Cons: Paint, new carpets, basic maintenance!
Location is impeccable and the apartment was espacious and well designed. However the whole property is in desperate need of basic upkeep. A few dollars in each apartment would go a long way. We spent over a week and enjoyed the city thoroughly. Less tha 30 min Walking distance to most major attractions, and if you are tired you can get a train or bus within 100 meters from hotel. The Rocks, bridge, Opera House and Royal Botanical Garden, Australia Museum, Sydney Museum, and wonderful shopping and eating places are a short walk away, and similar distance in the oposite direction is Darling Harbor. The Circular Quay ferry takes you pretty much everywhere else, and a short train ride and you are at the beach!

Pros: Brilliant Location and very friendly and helpful Manager
Cons: Bad TV reception, taps need new washers, hard on arthritic hands trying to turn them off so they don't drip

Facilities: Unpretentious; Value: Economical; Service: Trevor is very helpful ; Cleanliness: Clean but old and shabby; 1970's decor and furnture reminded me of my student flatting days!

Pros: Location and manager is very helpful
Cons: Rooms are large, but need extensive work. Not very clean and the street below is very noisy leading to difficulty sleeping.

Pros: Close proximity to tourist attractions
Cons: Not a real front desk with brochures of attractions and food places plus always was unattended
wished the contact person answered my phone call for a pick up to airport however we knew we were near train station

Pros: Location, size and Trevor.
Cons: Needs to be renovated, but Trevor had said it would be at some stage in the future, then I guess it won't be so cheap anymore.
Location: Walking distance to the quay and china town, botanical garden etc. so fantastic from that point of view.
Great location but very out of date, with old furniture. In our bathroom, the draws were falling apart.the rooms are a great size though for three people, and a plus to have balcony., Trevor is however delightful, very helpful and kind.
