Great location, helpful staff (ask them for restaurant recommendations!), and clean, comfortable room.

“Good value for money, good location”

We stayed here 1 night and found it a convenient location for exploring Darling Harbour and the Opera House area, etc. We easily walked to both. We stayed in the least expensive "double bed" room. The price we paid was very reasonable, considering the location. The room was very small, but no complaints as that happens a lot in urban hotels around the world. The furnishings and bathroom seemed to be very new and clean. This is a very Asian hotel with Asian decor, but as Americans we never felt out of place.

“smelly bothroom”

stinky smell of the bathroom. We stayed there for three nights. We thought it will go away. But it did not.
