A great location without staying in the cityPosted Jul 16, 2014
I enjoyed the location as I used to live up the road at Randwick. There are lots of great Restaurants very close and the bar staff are friendly if you want to pop in for a drink. I also enjoyed the Bircher muesli in the Brasserie for breakfast.

Great LocationPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The staff were very helpfull and the room was clean and comforable
Cons: The breakfast needs to be improved for a 4 star hotel
Location: Location is brilliant
Were given incorrect room on two occasions. Third time we got a great room. I found the hotel staff helpfull and she always tried to please. The room was quiet and comfortable. Beakfast was very dissapointing. Orange juice was finished. Hot water was finished for coffee. Very poor selection of breakfast for a four star hotel!

Excellent option for UNSW visitPosted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall the hotel is great. The rooms are ample and good enough. Maintenance is non reactive to requests: Safe ran out of battery and it was never fixed (I asked only once though, but that should have been enough). The toilet tank had a valve leak so every now and then the water run for a few seconds to refill. The included breakfast is rather limited. Bread, tea/coffee, orange juice, some fruits, boxed cereal and milk. For other food choices you can order (and pay extra obviously). Wifi is not included not even in the common areas even though somewhere in their advertisement it says its free (...for half hour!), but you can buy a weekly special that is not that expensive compared to other options. You can't beat the proximity to the beach (Coogee) and the bus stop both right across the street. 8 minute bus ride to UNSW, 45 min bus ride to Circular Quay; very convenient. This is a major bus stop so you can find rides to anywhere.

Beach location 5 miles from your CBD meetingsPosted May 15, 2014
Pros: Rally decent size rooms so it was pleasant to stay and work and you could walk to the beach whenever you needed a break.
Cons: Hotel looks over it's own conference centre so if you want to sit on the balcony it's noisey with air con units and smelly with the kitchens.
Location: Every restaurant you could want and a beach...
Great location for all the restaurants and a walk along the beach. Good size rooms. Free parking. AUS$10 internet for the week.

Fab Location!Posted May 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great Location, Very clean & comfy room, service fast, efficient & friendly. There was abit of noise from the pub but that is expected & at breakfast the butter was so hard it tore the toast apart. Other then that I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel but our trip spoiled by staff.Posted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Upon checking out the staff tried to charge us extra even though we had pre paid in full through hotels.com. we even got a phone call the next day from hotel staff saying that they were going to charge us extra. This was eventually sorted and they apologized for their error.

across from the beachPosted Mar 31, 2014
Location: The beach is just across the mail street, and west of it, there is a nice park with great areas to go for a walk or go see the sunset.
We arrived early and the were very accommodating, they had both of our rooms available and we got to check in and relax, they also had a licor/ bottle shop in the same facilities, so we could go grab something to drink or snack on if we wanted to. The staff suggested excellent restaurants (one: Barzura). Over all everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would totally stay there again, it is also in a great location next to restaurants, shops and of course the beach!
