The rooms are very outdated and the noise from people sitting outside the room throughout the night, people coming in and out the door slamming behind them all night and noise from other rooms

The door was literally disintegrating The bathroom door lock didn't work and randomly locked itself. No one on reception picks up phone Utensils were dirty Linen and bed sheets had stains

Pics online are not accurate. It’s very run down. Power points don’t work. Lamps don’t work. It was clean but dated. And the location houses an interesting group of tenants.

Upon arrival the check in staff tried to put us in a one bedroom unit instead of the 3 bedroom unit we had booked. After an argument they agreed to let us stay in what we booked and paid for. Furniture and carpet disgusting. Old and worn. The stairs sound and feel as if they’re about to collapse. Will never stay here again.

The pool was green and yuk! The bathroom and toilet fans were making crackling noises. The bed had nail that poked and scratched my kids.

The beds were really uncomfortable, twin beds pushed together that just fell apart and sank in. No spare pillows are in the room, and no iron in the room. The room was smelly.

To start with their restaurant was closed and l booked because your website advised that they had a restaurant Next the first room they gave me was not cleaned the next room didn’t have large towels which l didn’t realise till the morning I will never stay there again You guys need the check if all your information on you website is up to date I travel 300 to 600 is a day when l look for a hotel the only 2 options l look for is parking & restaurant so l when l show up and the restaurant is not open that makes me very upset

Clearly they have tried to do a bit of a revamp years ago, but the property was overall shabby. Attention to detail is very poor and small things across the whole experience could have improved the rating. From the front desk bell that doesn’t work, to nowhere to covienent to plug in kettle, old band aid in the sink and curtain rods hanging off. Couple with less than clean doona, forgetting soap, it was a budget experience but not a budget price

Pros: Reasonably priced. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Receptionist at check-in/out were very friendly. Cons: The air con, TV & bathroom exhaust didn't work - but we were only there to sleep so we werent too phased. The sponge for the sink had seen better days. It looked like it had been reused for a long time so i threw it out.

Air conditioner was leaking over one of the beds, TV was set over one of the beds, on booking, I requested a shower chair on arrival as I hadn’t even read the request in. Cleaning staff was very nice and friendly.

A bit of a mixed review, because we were so appalled by the condition of the originally booked room (2-bedroom townhouse) that we contacted reception to notify them of the issues with the condition of the room. However they promptly apologised and upgraded us to the 2-bedroom executive, which was quite a nice room. Couldn’t fault the responsiveness of the staff, but if you’re looking at this property I’d be very cautious about booking the 2-bedroom townhouse and would recommend the 2-bedroom executive instead.
