Great hotel excellent position

Posted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: Great hotel, Great service' Great location.
Location: The location of the hotel was everything we could have wished for very close to all attractions, ferry and shopping.
We arrived early in the morning and were a bit tired we were worried that we would have to wait until the afternoon before we got access to our room. We checked in and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze and we got access to our room straight away. We also got executive club membership as well. When we saw our room it was perfect, the view was amazing, we had booked a deluxe premier city harbour view room, what we got was that and a full harbour view, there it was the opera house and the bridge in full view from our room. We used the executive lounge for breakfast and snacks in the evening, to be honest we sometimes didn't have a full evening meal as the quantity of snacks on offer were more than enough to satisfy us. The staff in the lounge were great and remembered us greeting us by our name showing us to our table and remembering what we liked ie coffee tea and fruit juice. The overall service in the hotel was exceptional from the doorman to the maid service, always happy and pleased to see you when going about the hotel.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, perfect position

I did book a harbour view room... you might want to be more specific as it was not facing the "TYPICAL HARBOUR" the view was the hotel next door and about 3 inches of ocean... didnt bother mentioning it as it was not a big deal to me.

Absolutley wonderful

Pros: The staff and service were excellent! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We wanted to take them home with us
Cons: Maybe a little spruce up in the rooms.
Location: Location perfect, The Rocks one street away. The harbour and opera house just a short stroll away. Pitt street mall and westfield mall within walking
We were treated as royalty and given very special attention as it was our 30th wedding anniversary. We walked into our room and were greated with rose petals on our bed in the shape of a heart with the number 30 inside also made of rose petals. Our view was off the boardwalk leading to the Sydney Opera hose, beauitful by day, stunning at night. The next night were where given champagne in our room, so very unaccepted and a very nice thought. The service and staff were exceptional. We will not stay anywere else in our future stays in Sydney of which there will be many, a truly memorable experience! Thank you Four Seasons Richard and Wendy Wormald

It was well worth paying a little more to stay at this hotel. Especially noteworthy were the excellent breakfasts, and the unobtrusive and informal helpfulness of hotel staff. We stayed 4 nights. The location could not be better.

Excellent location in Sydney.

Pros: Location, location, location. Walking distance to the Opera house and Circular Quay. Everything was perfect.
Cons: We couldn't ask for anything more.
Location: It's at the Rocks area walking distance to the Opera House, Circular Quay, Harbour Bridge, Botanical gardens, etc.
We arrived at the hotel and was offered an upgrade to the executive level, and of course, we took advantage of this wonderful offer. Everything was in order and the service was superb. We couldn't ask for anything more. Oh! and I saw Andrea Bocelli having breakfast with his son. That was a surprise.
