Location perfectPosted Mar 11, 2014
Loved our stay in a deluxe harbour view room. Comfy bed, quiet room and wonderful views. The location was perfect for the bridge, opera house, ferries and cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great locationPosted Feb 28, 2014
Thought the rooms were a bit small for a four seasons. Very expensive breakfast with average choices.

Lost its appeal following a makeoverPosted Feb 7, 2014
Pros: location cheap rate for 5 star presumably reflecting reduced popularity
Cons: staff service - no sense of individual interest
Location: good transportation the Rocks
relocation of main restaurant in favour of meeting rooms has created a characterless and rather ordinary space. staff have lost the individual touch

Executive lounge hoursPosted Jan 31, 2014
Pros: The price is good and location is great
Cons: The room look a bit old and need refurbish the bathroom
Location: The Rock market on Saturday is good to go. There are plenty bars near Opera house, worth to go there for breakfast
We got a upgraded to semi harbour view which is excellent. However, the room is small since this hotel built 30 years ago. Always find some people traffic in the lift usage, 6 lifts but we always end up one life carry all people. Concierge is very helpful and friendly. Executive lounge closed at 8pm sharply which is not very idea. Also, there's no view to see harbour from the lounge. Try to enjoy the lounge but too limited time and not much view. Walking to the Rock and opera house is only 3 min.

Not a typical Four SeasonsPosted Jan 30, 2014
Pros: Everything apart from restaurant and bar.
Cons: Catering staff.
Location: Location is perfect for central Sydney activities, be it business or tourism.
A clear disconnect between the hotel and the catering aspects, especially the hotel bar named GRAIN which seems to be run independently from the main hotel. GRAIN management seemed to be indifferent to hotel guests and appeared to be unmanaged. You wouldn't wish to arrange or meet business contacts in this bar as one might normally do prior to dinner etc.

Pros: We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious, the service exceptional. The attention to detail superb.
Cons: 2% credit card charges, not so appealing!
Location: Near to Museum of Contemporary Art, Opera House, Markets on the Weekend.
Lovely atmosphere, great location and loved the Executive Club!
