Spa treatments focus on total wellness by balancing skin, body, and mind to improve inner and outer health and beauty. Signature treatments include Japanese silk techniques, Australian bush-medicine practices, and salt exfoliation.
Swedish Massage (60 or 90 minutes):
Using a combination of various techniques including friction, effleurage, and kneading, this traditional method of massage relieves muscle tension and soreness, increases circulation and improves overall skin and muscle tone.

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney Signature Treatment (90 minutes):
This full-body treatment begins with a brushing with tea tree oil. Next, warm oil is massaged into the back of the body, from toes to fingertips, using the Hawaiian-wave technique. Reiki chakra balancing and a penetrating hot stone massage follows, promoting even deeper relaxation. Natural Japanese silk protein is featured in the booster facial. The treatment ends with an arm and hand massage and a mask.

Healing Secrets - Australian Bush Medicine (90 minutes):
This all-natural, indigenous treatment employs the curative and restorative properties found in Australian native plants and produce. A focusing ritual to harmonise therapist and guest is followed by a full body brushing with tea tree oil. Next, a Blue Gum honey and crushed sesame seed scrub exfoliates and moisturises. While this is processing, a lime blossom, honey, and cucumber facial refines and hydrates. A rejuvenating shower is followed by a back and shoulder treatment. Heated poultices of eucalyptus, tea tree, lemon myrtle, and lavender are applied in a rhythmic press and roll motion to soothe aching muscles, while a massage of peppermint and macadamia nut oil assists detoxification. Rejuvenation is complete with an energising ritual and a cup of bush tea with honey.
Fee may not include tax and is subject to change without notice.

“Not outstanding.”
Don't get me wrong. This is by all means an excellent hotel. The location can't be beat. And the staff, except for the front desk when I checked in, was very helpful. However, this is not just any hotel. This is a Four Seasons. And for a Four Seasons, this was a little disappointing. The decor is clearly showing its age. The rooms, in particularly, are in need of a major renovation. And the front desk staff when I checked in was rather rude. Remember to request for a higher floor if you reserve for an Opera House-view room. My room did have an Opera House-view, but there was a flyover immediately in front of us. It was pretty noisy in the morning.
“Perfect for doing business in Sydney CBD.”
I arrived at 6.45am and my room was not ready but I did not expect it to be. The front desk staff was very gracious and let me use the spa to shower etc even though it was not open.
“Sydney's Best Hotel!”
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sydney! The location was perfect, at the Rocks, at the main shopping district, easy walking distance to the Aquarium (don't miss it!), the harbor, the opera house, and Sydney Bridge! The food was terrific (although a bit expensive-and with so many good cafes in the area it was never a problem finding good food!), and the service was impeccable! The rooms were on the small side, but the were lovely, spotless, and seemed fairly newly decorated. Really, this is THE place to stay!
“Will go back”
This is a wonderful hotel within walking distance of the Opera House, the Harbor, and many shopping areas. It is a great neighborhood. I went with a friend and we both loved the hotel. There is free hot chocolate in the lobby at 5 pm which was yummy! We also enjoyed the tea kettle in the room and wonderful toiletries. Our only concern is that we requested a room with two beds and an Opera House view. As has been reported before, for many of the Opera House rooms, the only way to see the OH is by getting right up to the window and looking sideways. However, the view was spectacular from our room on the 28th floor.
“Sydney's Circular Quay hotel recommendation”
Convenient location, great service!
“Amazing!!”
The service was the best I've ever seen at any hotel. Everyone- the front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping- were the epitome of customer service. The concierge was exceptional. Every recommendation they made was superb and they were able to get us reservations everywhere we wanted. They even retrieved a camera for us we left behind at another hotel on a previous visit to Sydney. The rooms were what you would expect from a luxury hotel but they were a little on the small side. The harbor view room have a view of the opera house and bridge. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Circular Quay and the CBD. This hotel was simply wonderful.
“Fabulas stay in Sydney at the Four seasons!!”
If you want the perfect place to stay in Sydney then the Four Seasons is the place to be-Wonderful Service and the Perfect location!! We could walk everywhere. The views from the room were fantastic and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home. Its right in the Rocks area and so close to the Opera House and Bridge its just a few minutes away. A luxury Hotel with beautiful rooms. We arrived in Sydney at 6:00A.M. and were at the Hotel by 7:30 or so and were given a room almost immediately!! They can't do enough for you!! Its a GREAT PLACE to stay!! We LOVED the Four Seasons Sydney!
“Awesome”
Great hotel in a great location. Went for our honeymoon and the hotel was above our expectations. Room was impeccable and the service was even better. The concierge desk was extremely helpful. There is a separate desk with dedicated people. Our first time to Sydney, they had very useful information and were willing to make all the calls for you. The location for the price was the best around. would use again if going back. Only issue was room service. The late night selection was not the appealing, plus they charged a fee. I was aware just didn't think it was justified.
“It was fine”
It felt like a 4-5 star hotel for a price of 3 star. Great location, very comfortable. Our only problem was plugged up shower on the first day, we nearly drowned in the bathroom:) but they came and fixed it right away so it was fine. We kind of expected that they might offer something for inconvenience because it was. But they didn't. That was the only down side. The rest was perfect.
“I would absolutely book this hotel in future planned trips.”
A must for anyone who is interested in sightseeing and dining. Nightlife is outstanding.
