The location was central to everything in sydneyPosted May 20, 2015
The room was absolutely amazing and really lived up to its "relaxation" title.

Well below parPosted May 14, 2015
Cons: Executive Floor room assigned was small. Should not be considered as an executive room!
Location: Location is OK
Room on premium priced Executive Floor was unacceptably small. Hardly enough room to store bags and difficult for two people to move around in. The bathroom/toilet was also unacceptably small. Very disappointed in the Hilton Sydney, and will not stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Sydney CBDPosted May 12, 2015
Pros: As above, I felt very welcomed and had everything in the room that one could need. Even a power point adapter for those that needed it.
Cons: We had a king bed which was comfortable, but felt the quilt could have been bigger to come down the sides of the bed a little bit as it barely covered
Location: Right in the heart of the city, close to the movies, restaurants, train station, shopping.
Felt very welcomed, stay was very personalised, the TV in the room said 'Welcome 'My Name'; nice touch. Nice to have a complimentary newspaper in the morning and even on arrival together with a magazine! When waiting to check in, a staff member came to offer to take our two small, carryon suitcases up to the room when ready. Loved the slippers and the robes, coffee and tea facilities and loved the TV screen in the shower!!! Over all, I loved it!

5 Star Hotels should NOT have ZIPPED KING BEDS!Posted May 11, 2015
Location: Good location for shopping.
When you book a 'Luxury King Room' 5 star hotel you'd imagine that you'd receive a KING SIZE BED... not at the Hilton! Apparently the only actual king beds they have are in their 'Relaxation Suites'. I really don't like having a big gap down the middle of my king bed so that you can feel the edges of each mattress, but I was told that these were in fact 5 star facilities, but I disagree. They did put on some kind of mattress topper (a duvet I think) which helped a bit, but what I'd like to know is why they wouldn't have a mattress topper as standard if they are only providing 2 king singles pushed together. And I think specifying a KING BED on their web bookings and not mentioning they are all zipped kings is FALSE ADVERTISING! Also, if you're there on a weekend don't bother with breakfast buffet, the line up is horrendous and it's so difficult to get to the actual buffet that you'd be so much better off at a nice cafe down the road. For all the 5 star hotels in Sydney with similar pricing you should choose something else (Sheraton and Swisshotel are both nice and in great location in the centre of city).

Lovely hotel close to everythingPosted May 4, 2015
This hotel is definitely a hotel I would go back to. Great location in the heart of Sydney. 2 mins from the major shopping districts and about 5 mins from Darling Harbour. Catch the 555 free local Sydney bus in front of the QVB building which takes you to Circular Quay. The only thing about the hotel is the gym/pool facilities. The pool wasn't heated so didn't end up going in. The spa that's connected to the pool didn't have strong jets. But there is a couple saunas/steam rooms that make up for it. The breakfast is amazing at the glass brasserie. Amazing architecture. The two times we had the breakfast was the same but maybe the next day would have been different. Sunday morning breakfast there was a massive queue to get in so Sunday's make sure you go early so you don't have to wait. Easy express checkout service you just fill out a form and pop it in the express check out box to save time lining up. Can't wait to go back to this hotel :)

Good location. But terrible traffic. Hotel website didn't guide me the car entrance is on Pitt st, it was too late, when I found the George st couldn't get in. The "one way" traffic made me drive a big circle to Pitt st.

Great location but hotel is lacking in other areasPosted May 1, 2015
Pros: Location is great, we were pretty much in walking distance to everything in Sydney. The hotel staff were great, very nice and helpful.
Cons: Free wifi, rooms were outdated and old.
Location: Westfield mall Sydney harbor Huge variety of asian food south west from the hotel
Its about $70 aud to taxi from SYD airport. Getting in room wifi is crazy expensive but the hotel does offer free wifi in the lobby. The room was about 'par' level compared to other hotels i've stayed at during my trip. i.e. Hilton Queenstown or Sofitel Auckland.

Stayed in a luxurious suite and it was fantastic. Short walk to the Rocks and Darling Harbour.
