The staff were lovely and the location was fantastic. The air vents were very loud and the stand by light of the TV is extremely bright, so it was difficult to sleep.

Hotel is only 10mins walk either way to Museum or Central train station & tram lines! Restaurants close by with many choices & the World Square mall across the road Breakfast included which makes it so easy to start the day

Acceptable--plusses and minuses
Downstairs entry area where you check in is small, narrow, and too dark. Area to navigate to elevators is awkward. My first impression of my room was negative because too bland. After I settled into my room, it worked out well for me, although building directly across street from my room caused me to leave my shade pulled more than I like to. (I was on 5th floor.) Free breakfast not provided. ($25--really?! You've got to be kidding me?!) I did not eat hotel breakfast. Instead bought some breakfast and lunch stuff at Coles Groc, which is across street in lower level of World Center. I tried to look at gym area, but it was closed after 9pm. The hotel was convenient to get to from both light rail and train to airport. 1+ block to each of those stops. My stay here was mostly positive, but next time I would choose to stay at another hotel two blocks away that I had stayed at a couple of weeks before.

Very Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and accomidating. Location was great, accross the road from Coles and many dining options to choose from. Only Feedback would be to upgrade TV's to include the option of streaming services. Thank you for a great stay!

Told i would not get accor points as i did not book with Accor, could not book with Accor as the website would not accept my booking. On checkin was given the room key whick did not open my door. Had to be let in my room by the cleaner.

Staff were very commendable - friendly and helpful. I also had an incident where I went out in a rush and later that day, I went back to my room and found out that I completely forgot to lock the safe and was glad to see the contents inside were intact just the way I left them. The location was also very convenient and close to CBD. The room was decent enough but the floors were dusty especially alongside the walls (there were some white powdery dust seen). This being said, I suggest that they provide footwear/slippers inside for guests to use. Overall, a good property to stay in.

Good location, very central to everything in the CBD. The staff were always courteous and polite. The room was small but clean. There is a very noisy pub next door, so it was quite noisy when trying to sleep. The TV standby light keeps the room very well lit at night... So bring earplugs and an eye mask. Personally I dont think it was value for money at over $300 per night!!!

Staff were charming and very helpful. Rooms are tired and very small. Very little closet and drawer space. Limited space for toiletries in small bathroom. Local area noisy and dirty. Great location for trams which run every few minutes to Circular Quay

Close to all the attractions of Sydney and easy walking to Darling Harbour. Close to train - making it easy to go to and from the Airport - only takes 15 minutes. Lots of different restaurants around. The Ibis also has a small bar in the lobby, nice to come back and have a glass of wine and a snack. Will stay here again next time.

Great location, easily accessible by public transit or by car. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Room was well equipped and clean. Slightly dusty but not a major deal. Overall, really glad to have stayed here for accessibility and amenities available.
