On our booking form I requested a corner room with a view over the harbour/gardens, but unfortunately Expedia did not send this information through to the hotel. They were excellent in reassigning our room to satisfy our request. Full marks to the hotel staff for customer satisfaction. Expedia, you need to ensure the client's request goes through!
