Such a good locationPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: the location
Location: near shops, opera house, the rocks,Gardens, parks, museum, a short walk to darling harbour. Train and buses stations are nearby.
Front desk staff were great. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they did offer us an available room. Our room was nice, had everything we needed also the bed was comfortable. House keeping could be improved, they didn't empty the kitchen bin and they didn't restock the bathroom. Would be fantastic if they would offer free wifi (even if only 30 minutes daily)

Great Stay, didn't want to leavePosted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: The room was great, well layed out and comfortable. We liked having kitchen facilities so we could make breakky but needs a pot. Great atmosphere.
Cons: Yes much bigger pool should be on the cards!! Also the gym could do with a huge upgrade. I only used it the first morning and didn't like it.
Location: The location is great because it is close to everything. We walked to darling harbor (ferries), the tower, the rocks, circular quay (ferries).
We were very happy with our hotel. We were very central, the room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed (except a pot to poach eggs :)). We walked every where. The staff were great and very helpful.

Overall a nice place to stayPosted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: The location, and staff
Cons: The food options were minimal, maybe a buffet option would be an improvement.
Location: Circular Quay, The Rocks, a few minutes walk. Darling Harbour or shopping mall (Westfield & Sydney Tower) about 10 minute walk.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room facilities were nice and clean, apart from the leaky shower and broken hinge on the cupboard to the refrigerator. It is a nice location, only a few minutes walk to Circular Quay, and the Rocks area.

Central but noisyPosted Oct 7, 2014
Cons: More attention to the cleanliness of the room
Location: CBD so Circular Quay and surrounds were excellent
A good location but had heaps of road noise. The room needed a good clean as the shower had mould and the room was showing signs of wear. Pool was nice but it also didn't seemed to have had a good clean for a while with a sticky floor, cigarette buts and 2 band aids on the pool deck. The 2 bedroom apartment would only suit a young family as with 2 teenagers and a 10 year old it was very cramped. Restaurant was nice but a touch expensive for what was a limited menu. Staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough to help. $25 for wifi for one device for a day is also too expensive.

Beautiful rooms, as long as you are a couplePosted Sep 10, 2014
We booked the room for two adults (mother and son) only to be told on arrival there are no twin rooms only double and if my son wants to sleep on the sofa there is an extra charge of $40 a night! We made the sofa bed up ourselves to avoid this cost. The staff were not helpful at all.
