Great location, walking distance to many areas.

Posted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: Location, location, location! Clean rooms and toiletry items replenished immediately.
Cons: Stock the kitchen with a few more cooking supplies (pots and pans), paper towels and napkins would be nice too.
Location: Walking distance to Circular Quay, ferries, busses, taxis, train. Great shopping and site seeing, easy access to ferry to the beaches.
Perfect stay for families or long term guests. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and were very comfortable for a family of 5 people. The kitchen and laundry were perfect. Great location to walk to many sites and easy access for ferries, and other public transportation. Grocery is located just across the street - great shopping too!

Nice hotel close to everything

Posted Mar 12, 2015
Pros: Close to everything including transport (bus, train, ferries). Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Cons: Inform me if i'm going to be looking at a brick wall out window
Location: Close to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera House, Ferries, Tower Eye (Centrepoint Tower), free bus out front, train, restaurants/bars/clubs
Great apartment style hotel, 5mins walk from The Rocks, Circular Quay, walking distance from Tower Eye (Centrepoint Tower), on the free bus route and handy to all buses and train station and ferries. Friendly staff, clean & comfortable room (including bed), relaxed atmosphere in lobby/restaurant. Highly recommend if looking for a bit more 'space' than a hotel room gives and for a reasonable price.

Inconsistent Service and Bugs in our Bed :/

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Well located, good use of space in room and plenty of secure parking with well priced food/beverage options.
Cons: Cleanliness/fumigation for insects, better training of staff to ensure consistency, and a more detailed romm service and mini bar menus
Location: Fantastic for walking to city for shopping or down to Darling Harbor
Location and views the highlight. Experience was dampened by inconsistent service and poorly trained staff. Told several different prices about parking, room service inclusions when breakfast had been pre-purchased and delivery was slow. Hotel was chosen due to tight availability over a busy long weekend, unlikely I would return here. By far the biggest negative was finding two insects/bed bugs in our bed after a long day/night on the town when all we wanted to do was wind down and get som,e sleep - hard to do so after being crawled on and the adrenaline rush that followed.

Dear valued Guest, Thank you for your feedback about your recent stay. We usually have a great feedback about the cleanliness of our rooms. I appreciate you brought this issue to my attention- the housekeeping department has asked me to extend their sincere apologies. The room attendant has been coached. I would appreciate if you give us another chance in the future. Kind regards, Timo Lorenzen

The hotel is a in a good location close to transport and everything you need. I have stayed here twice and both times I found the staff helpful and the rooms comfortable.

Apartment style room in the heart of CBD.

Posted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Central location pleasant rooms.
Cons: The restaurant in the lobby does good food but is poorly run - I ordered coffee - got tea, pepper pot empty and the bar was out of liqueur for our eve
Location: Circular key, Harbour Bridge, Opera House within a few minutes walking distance. For those working in Sydney - this IS the CBD

Super Sydney

Posted Feb 13, 2015
Pros: The rooms were the best
Cons: More Plates etc. The pool was on the small side.
Location: Within waking distance of most attractions the harbours and the metro for other places.
Certainly we would recommend the apartment, the facilities in the room were excellent but there were only enough place setting for two people.

4.5 star more like 3.5 star..

Posted Feb 9, 2015
Pros: The location was central.
Cons: Customer service and update of the hotel
Location: Very central CBD. Walking distance to everything. Car parking across the road at Australia Fair (Wilsons parking)
I booked this room as a 'Mystery Hotel' Deal on Expedia saying I would get a 4.5 star room. When we arrived there was 1 person working on a busy front desk (4pm) and took us approx. 20 minutes to be served. We had requested a twin room, however was informed on check in that they only have queen rooms in the entire hotel. We were then given a room on the first floor. The room was large and split level, however it looked over a roof covered in cigarette butts and the main road. The general road noise couldn't be heard until the 'hoons' hit town around 3am Sunday morning. You cannot control the air conditioner and at 2am I woke, absolutely freezing (mind you, its February and hot outside!) and couldn't do anything about it. The bathroom was small but enough for what we needed. The bed was comfortable however
