“Welcoming staff”

Very convenient suburban location (north of city) close to railway station and shopping. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room & kitchenette appointments good; decent sized bathroom with bath, and laundry tub and dryer. Comfortable king bed. Would go back if the price right (we managed a last-minute deal).

“Really enjoyed”

The convenience was a great feature, just near Chatswood Station. In Room 216 we faced another building, not a street, so it was delightfully quiet, even on the 2nd floor. Had a few issues with TV tuning, but otherwise the room was very comfortable and the fcilities adequate. We might try a 1B apartment next time. Loved the 1/2 proce deal!

“A superb stay”

I choose this hotel for a Cake Decorator's conference. The quality of the FOOD is FANTASTIC!!!!! We were feed so much over the weekend!! The rooms are fantastic and can sleep in at least 3 pax. The only drawback is the parking, there is not enough of them. I came at 730 am and asked front office if I can get in the car park, she said yes but did not inform that guests hasn't checked out yet. It was hard to turn around as the parking and space is not big enough.

“Great hotel”

The service of the hotel was outstanding, including the reception people's and also the maintenance/technician's. Rooms were comfy and clean. The location was very good as well;very close to the shopping centre, etc Highly recommended!!!

“pleasant stay”

I was upgraded to one-bedroom apartment (due to lack of studios). During the first night, the heater was not working in the bedroom. While they could not fix it the next day, they moved me to another one-bedroom apartment for the second night. Service was good and pleasant.

“Great location”

“Air is stale, everything else is good”

The air in the room is a bit stale. The air conditioner needs cleaning as there's a lot of moisture in the ventilation.
