“Great location, friendly staff and fantastic value”

What a great five days in Sydney at the Medina Executive Apartments, The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and plenty big enough. The best thing about it though, was it's location - right next to Central Station, yet still vey quiet. A good holiday all round - thank you Medina staff.

“Sydney Great Location”

Medina is right next to Sydney Central Station, excellent to both go anywhere within Sydney and outside Sydney. The hotel staff also goes to great lengths to assist with your stay.

“Incredible overall value”

We arrived early at the hotel and although our room was not ready we were able to leave our luggage with the staff in the lobby. When we came back later in in the day our luggage were waiting in our room and we were happy not to have to do this ourselves.The hotel was located right next to Central station from where you could take the train virtually everywhere. There were bus stops right in front of the hotel and Paddy;s market and Chinatown within 1 or 2 blocks. Despite all these I did not hear any street sounds from inside our room. CBD was within a few bus or rail stops of the hotel and Darling harbor was within walking distance. Although the internet access from the hotel itself was pricey I simply went outside the hotel everyday with my iphone and used the free internet from the cafe attached to the hotel and ended up not even paying for hotel access as I had planned to do. The rooms were very comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the bigger bathroom. There were plates, pots and utensils provided and these were completely adequate for our purpose. The rooms were cleaned daily and linens changed. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us with directions and whatever we needed. Our Australia experience was wonderful and the hotel was a positive experience and I will definitely stay here again I recommend the hotel without any reservations. I truly cannot wait to go back

Very impressive. We arrived at lunchtime due to our flight and half expected that we would not be able to check in until 2pm, but were pleasantly surprised to be relaxing in our room immediately after a swift check in. Staff were very courteous and helpful as it was our first time in Sydney and very grateful that they could hold our bags on checkout as we had a late afternoon flight. Room was very clean and impressed that it was serviced daily, something that doesn't always happen. Would thoroughly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

“Highly Recommended Hotel in Sydney”

This hotel is well appointed...well situated...and upgraded us to a penthouse suite upon checking in. The hotel is almost located on the Sydney Train Station and is about 3/4 of a mile from the "Rocks" and Opera House. It is with in 2 blocks of the farmers market. The Penthouse Suite was a two level structure with the bedroom (loft) located on the second floor. It was beautiful and extremely comfortable and had all the features that you would expect.

“Can be better”

Overall the hotel gave me the comfort with that price. Some improvements can be made : - check-in time 1400 but check-out 1000, the gap should be reduced - the car-park entrance is operated by pressing an intercomm, however, the button was gone or obscure - one of the waste baskets(opening) was broken

“Fantastic Apartment”

We travelled in a group of four and this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was perfect. It was in great condition, had a fully maintained kitchen and was everything we could have asked for. Resturants are a bit of a walk from the hotel however the central train station is right next door which makes it easy to travel around the city.

“Nice Hotel”

Very nice room that included a small kitchen with upstairs bedroom and bath. Great view of the city and pleasant balcony. The only issue taken is that the next door room was making too much noise for most of the night.

This hotel was central to everything. Everything provided, comfort plus.

We stayed here for newyears eve and new years day.excellent service.car park 23 dollars a day, can come and go as you please. 1 bedroom aprt was very spacious and had lovely kitchen living area. strict on number of persons allowed per room.secure. quiet. comfortable bed.next to central station-2mins walk. frequent trains to circular quay.10-15mins walk to darling harbour. frindly helpful staff.
