Hotel is modern and rooms are very attractive albeit coffee table had stains that should have been removed. Great location to Darling Harbour and within walking distance of the city centre. Like the idea of self contained features such as washing machine, dryer, fridge & cooking facilities.

“City and harbor attractions”

good value for either business in city, events at convention center, or enjoying the Darling harbor attractions. Within walking distance or short taxi ride of all these. Worth paying a little extra to get a "partial water view" room

“Great Harbour Location”

Quality hotel in great location if wanting to take advantage of Darling Harbour attractions. Only drawback would be that if you have your own car, the parking within the hotel fills up quick and the alternate is almost two blocks away, highly inconvenient when it's raining.

“Luxury in Darling Harbour”

We were very impressed with this hotel. The position is great - ideal for travelling anywhere by ferry. It was also easy to get to buses and trains by foot. We went to visit friends in Mossman by ferry - also to Taronga Zoo. Our 5 year old got a splinter from the wharf at Darling Harbour and Ben (one of the hotel reception staff) kindly helped us with tweezers and a chocolate to ease the grief! One thing that was disappointing is that, although we booked for 3 and rollaway bed was produced, the hotel tried to charge us $50 per night on check out for it. This appears to have been a grey area between Expedia and the hotel but was a little embarrassing and annoying. (We didn`t pay the extra charge). Otherwise the stay was perfectly charming and quite luxurious - beds were comfortable and hotel was wonderfully quiet. A great experience!

“Had a lovely stay”

Fantastic location if you want to see Darling Harbour. We were at a conference at the entertainment centre and it was only 15 minutes walk away. There is a monorail stop closeby if you want to access the public transport and it is right across the road from the Aquarium and Wildlife Centre. The staff were really lovely, the room comfortable and very clean and overall we were really impressed. Having a kitchen helped keep costs down as there is a supermarket closeby and we could eat in. Another plus was the rooms seemed to be sound-proofed as we couldn't hear a thing from our neighbours. I would definately stay there again.

“Beyond all expectations”

We arrived at the hotel early after disembarking our cruise ship 2 blocks away and the staff worked at getting our room ready very promptly. We were pleasantly surprised to see what a wonderful neighborhood we were in...right next door to the aquarium and other attractions plus a neverending choice of restaurnts right on the waterfront. The accomodation was very comfortable and the kitchen very adequate...only a coffee pot missing. We would definitely request this hotel whenever we return.

“Very good value in Sydney”

The hotel is well located within walking distance of Sydney´s main attractions, price is reasonable, some rooms have a view of the harbour, there is a nice small pool and a basic gym. The room was very clean and well equiped.
