Great Location, very helpful staffPosted Jan 27, 2015
The location of the apartment is excellent. In the centre of Sydney so shops, restaurants & pubs are on your doorstep, only 10 mins walk to the domain, tower, botanical gardens. Staff were so helpful even having our boarding cards printed out ready for when we left. Apartment has everything you need. Outdoor balcony was great obviously not much of a view because of the high buildings in the City centre but nice to have outside space. Have recommended this apartment to all our friends and will definitely stay again.

Nicely situated in Sydney CBDPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: The location is not attractive down a small side street, but it is ideally situated to Sydney sites.
Cons: Some areas were a bit tired looking, but good.
Location: Situated very near Martin Place so we could walk to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and the main shopping streets were extremely close.
Our room was clean and comfortable, the kitchen & laundry facilities were very useful. Most of the staff were helpful, they were certainly all friendly. Unfortunately there was building work on a site opposite which was noisy and didn't offer a view from the window with the scaffold etc. However, we still had a great few nights stay over the New Year in Sydney and the apartments were ideally situated very near Martin Place so we could walk to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and the main shopping streets were extremely close. So if you are not looking to pay for high end luxury accommodation and more standard level, this is a great place to book and stay.

Good location but dark apartments.Posted Jan 1, 2015
Cons: Better lighting as very dim and unable to read .
Location: Very handy to shops and food court.
These apts are reasonable for the money but they are very dark. We had 1 st floor apt for 1 night then asked to be moved as you didn't know if it was day or night when you opened the curtains. Second night on 6 th floor which was marginally better but you looked directly in to offices across the lane. The lane way entry is dingy and didn't feel particularly safe. The apts were comfortable, clean and had aircon.

Friendly staff and a comfortable hotel!Posted Dec 22, 2014
Pros: Its centrality to inner city stores, restaurants and tourist venues. The staff were very helpful as much as the tourist brochures in the lobby.
Location: The hotel has a great Japanese restaurant nearby and there are many other eateries in the area. Convenience stores are easily accessible too.
Having never been to Sydney, our main objective was to find a self-contained studio that suited our needs. And we found it!! Very central to the shopping precinct and to areas of interest which were easily in walking distance. Though there is no view, the fact that we had a clean apartment, pleasant bathroom facilities, a very accommodating kitchen and a huge comfortable bed, made our stay a happy one. We will definitely stay here again.

Somewhere to sleep for one nightPosted Nov 30, 2014
Pros: Somewhere to sleep
Cons: Pretty much everything!
The most positive thing I can say about this establishment is that I stayed for only one night! The shower was a nightmare to get into (a two foot high bath?) and in addition NO plug for any of the sinks. The noise levels and cooking smells were also unpleasant and I will not be bothering the staff at Medina with my presence any time soon!
